Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Unopened and Unused Products
- Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, cakes and other baked goods that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for return unless they were delivered damaged or incorrect.

- Approval and Next Steps
- Once your return request is approved, you may bring the product to our store at Monrovia Street, Hazina Trade Centre, M2 Floor, Outlet 33, or arrange for a collection.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
- Refunds for orders paid in cash will be issued in-store.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be arranged for the same product or a product of equal value, subject to availability.
